Daily application in October:
- Apply one drop on your solarplexus chakra (front and back).
- Hold the essence with 40cm distance in front of your solarplexus chakra and lead it clockwise around your body. Do another turn with your arm stretched out.
- Apply one drop on your heart chakra (front and back).
- Hold the essence with 40cm distance in front of your heart chakra and lead it clockwise around your body. Do another turn with your arm stretched out.
