Daily application in July:
- Hold the essence with your arm stretched out in front of your solar plexus chakra. From there you slowly bring it to your solar plexus.
- Repeat for the heart and brow chakra.
- Lead the essence around your head in a clockwise direction.
- Place one drop each onto each chakra (lotus to root chakra), both knees and under your feet.
